Welcome to Ubuhle Bezwe Residence. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking and accommodation services we provide. By accessing our website, making a booking, or staying at our guest house, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A booking is only confirmed once full  payment (as specified) has been received.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

• The guest making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

2. Rates and Payments

• All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

• Rates may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Payment methods accepted will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before departure.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Failure to arrive without prior cancellation (no-show) may result in a charge for the full stay or a portion thereof.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2pm

• Check-out time: 10am

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property.

• Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.

• The guest house reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these conditions are breached.

6. Damage and Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.

• The guest house is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

• Costs for damages may be charged to the guest.

7. Children and Extra Guests

• Children are welcome unless otherwise stated.

• The maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.

• Additional guests not declared at the time of booking may result in additional charges or refusal of stay.

8. Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

• If allowed, prior arrangement is required and additional conditions or fees may apply.

9. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• A cleaning fee may be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.

10. Use of Facilities

• Facilities are used at guests’ own risk.

• The guest house is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of facilities, except where required by law.

11. Liability

• The guest house shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss suffered by guests during their stay, unless caused by gross negligence or as required by law.

• Guests use the premises and facilities at their own risk.

12. Website Use

• The content on this website is for general information only and may be updated without notice.

• We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

13. Privacy

• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law
